When my printer quit working, I ordered a new printer. Then I decided to check youtube to see if anything could be done other than taking it in. That's when I found WIC. This process was so easy, I cancelled my order for a new printer and fixed this on in less than an hour. I ordered new pads and entered the code to reset. Code cost me less than 10 dollars, and 2 sets of pads for 15 dollars. Better than iver 300 for a new printer.

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Great product. did the trick which always helps. I did watch your video on how you did it just incase i was doing it wrong and found that the video utility didnt look the same as the utility i used ie no Check button so was a bit unsure to start with. But the product is pretty much idiot proof.
