I have three Epson R290 Printers and this is the second one i have had to reset. Your system is the best by far and for $9.99 you can't say no. Yes i was able to purchase the waste pads from a place for only $5.00 so now I should be able to keep on printing. Thanks again guys well done.

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! Brilliant reset code worked a treat on my old XP-950 after replacing the waste ink pads.

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you!
