  I spent 4 hours trying to get my r340 to work then l I used your program to reset the protection counter. I have just printed 5 pages and 4 disks. Slightly cryptic instructions but it worked perfectly. it took me all of 5 minutes.

LOL- NOPE - CHAT GTP GAVE ME THE INFO FROM HERE, USED IT AND WORKED - TOOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES - ( I HOWEVER - DIDNT ACTUALLY CLEAN OR EMPTY THE INK WASTE OR WHATEVER - IM HOPING FOR THE BEST, ASSUMING ITS OLD ENOUGH THAT IT HAS DRYED ON ITS OWN. - THIS PART ISNT RECCOMENDED TO MY UNDERSTANDING - BUT ILL FIND OUT I SUPPOSE) BUT LONG STORY SHORT - EAST TO USE DOWNLOADED UTILITY, AND RESET KEY FOR 10 BUCKS WORKED - ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR LESS PROCESS.   I was leery about paying the $9.99 for a key. After speaking to Epson "Specialist" and being told "Your machine must have issues beyond repair, but we can sell you a new one for $190" I decided to go ahead and try this software. A++ I would recommend this to anyone wishing self repair an epson printer. I have a RX595 , I use a CCS and when I received the waste pad error I was heartbroken. I love this printer. I tried bypassing waste pad but still got the error. This software is well worth the $$ Thank you
