Have to confess I was a bit dubious about spending the money and whether it would be worthwhile, but am pleasantly surprised. Where others charge almost as much for a couple of single pages of info of little use, your manual is the complete one and indeed well worth the cost. Hoping it's going to enable my printer support guy to fully fix the problem with mine and save me having to shell out a LOT more to get another printer. Thanks.

I have 2 printers Artisan 810 and DX4450 and the WIC utility worked perfect. I got 2 reset keys and have resetted both printers waste ink counter. Thats great and easy! Thank you.

I have just bought an Epson printer TX111, only a month I have used it, the sensor scanner in the main board has broken, please tell me how to repair it bcoz I can't use both the printer n the scanner. And show me which one the sensor scanner, I just knew it from the service manual. Thank you for full manual!

The Epson Artisan 800FW Adjustment Program works great. Once downloaded it took me less than a minute to reset the printer. This is a very intuitive and easy to use software. I am a happy camper now.
