Just want to say thank you for a most helpful product which does exactly what it says. Followed all instructions, replaced waste ink pads and we have a working printer again. For very little outlay.

It is end of October 2021. I just have bought the second reset key in my printers life. The first one I bought in 2015 !!! That means my printer had already it's life prolonged by 6 years and goes now into the second reset cycle. Keep up the good work to prevent valuable electronic hardware becoming garbage. I never had any trouble in 6 years with the ink waste pad after resetting the counter for the first time.

In awe of you, that you could produce, make, create this reset program so that even I, 78 yrs. old, mostly blind and not much of a computer geek, could do it! I al thrilled and jumpinga round because you saved me about $300>$400 from not having to buy a new printer.

A life saver, I got out of trouble at the last moment when I was already determined to cancel the jobs I had to finish during the day, the printer gave the error and did not let me work anymore .... after a thousand videos on YouTube searching a solution to my problem was about to give up, but I looked elsewhere and found this site ... excellent product, service and fast shipping. thousand times recommended

Absolutely fantastic. I got the error message and removed the ink pads ans washed them, don't think I got all the ink out though! Then I used this program as a 'trial' and it worked wonderfully, Printing all OK again and I thought I would need to buy a new printer. When it happens again, I will purchase new pads and a reset key - has to be cheaper than a visit to a repair shop or a new printer. Thank you so much

Just over a week ago, I figured I was going to be in the market for a new printer. When the error message came up on my Epson XP-610 stating that "Parts inside the printer are at the end of their useful life" I initially was quite disappointed. However, after a quick Google search for that phrase, I came across the OctoInkjet website. After a little further research, I decided to give the trial waste ink counter reset code a shot - after all, what did I have to lose - and, somewhat to my surprise, it worked! Knowing that I then needed to purchase a new set of ink pads and a reset key to fully resolve my printer issues, I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of purchasing both of these items together. I then placed my order, but knowing that the product was coming from overseas (I'm in the USA), I figured it would be a minimum of at least a few weeks before my printer pads arrived. But, lo and behold, the pads arrived on my doorstep in just over a week! I was thrilled and so I quickly replaced the pads in my printer with the new set (which, by the way, were a perfect fit and the instructions provided were excellent), ran the counter reset program applying the reset code I had purchased, and everything worked flawlessly! So now it feels like I have a brand new printer (although it's probably about 5 years old) and I can continue to purchase inexpensive third party ink cartridges (which I have always done), continuing to save me money for years to come. Thank you OctoInkjet!!! I will certainly be telling others to check out your product. P.S. - I seldom write product reviews so this shows how impressed I am with this product. I particularly love it when a solution is provided that overcomes "planned obsolescence" by the manufacturer.

I am very, very grateful that this helped me in resetting the school printer. it is very hassle (avoiding corona virus spread) in my part to carry the printer from my place transporting via boat to the city (travelling for at least an hour by the sea) but with your help it solved my problem we can now continue the printing of the modules and self learning materials of the children since the classes will start on October 5. good job!

Having used Epson "reset" utility once, with success on my XP 830, it allowed me a bit more printing time until it just stopped cold. Research found this site. My download from 2manuals was easy as was the entire process and my printer is working once again, no thanks to Epson. I removed the ink pad chamber and replaced the saturated pads with some of my wife's cotton make up pads...Ha ! We'll see how long that lasts. Very similar material. I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.

I successfuly and easily replaced my waste kit.
Experienced only one issue on XP635: an unexpected screw made the replacement a bit difficult.
I reported this point, hoping the leaflet could be updated.

The method described in program was easy to follow. My only problem was having no computer shortcut. The information which came with the key explained it to me, again no problem. It the reset worked.

My Epson XP-800 max'd out on counters and died on me. Screen of death with printer disabled by manufacturers internal firmware.
Researched the web and found these guys.
The reset process and key purchase was easy to follow and after a few registration steps and a simple paypal transaction the reset key arrived, was entered and the printer was back working again. Saved me at least £80 on a new basic 3-in-1 printer plus ensured my existing ink supplies were not useless

Oh my golly, I didn't think that would work, but it fixed it in about 30 seconds. Even though I hadn't been able to disable the process monitor thing that it says do first, the reset program still worked instantly when I ran it on an Epson XP-540. If there is one thing that gets my goat in terms of being so unethical both a rip-off financially and environmentally unsustainable, its the way printer companies rip us off. So am super grateful to have found a way round this. For a much more reasonable price than the printer shop told us, and something I could do at home when I needed the printer urgently for work! Thanks so much!

XP322 ran out of copies and froze up. I read up that it was an Epson device to sell more printers but discovered your site just before treating it to a display of bad temper. The 20% of extra time will make the replacement question easier and i can use my stock of ink up on this 4 year old printer. I may even use your services to zero life the counter as it isn't a bad device really. Thank you so much.
